Bark Collar - Stopping The Barking

There is nothing worse than a barking dog, whither it is your dog or your neighbors dog, this is still nothing worse than a dog barking. Except when it is your dog that is being threatened. There is a lot of people in this world that after putting up with excessive barking would consider having your precious dog taken away from you, or harm it.

Training manual and training classes are good and you can really get some great results from training your dogs. However, it really does come down to how much time you have to train your dog. The problem comes when your dog is barking during the day when you are not home to correct him or her. This is where a dog bark collar can do the corrective behavior while you are at work.

Separation anxiety is one of many reasons your dog could be barking. This will show when you leave the home, your dog will cry and bark pretty much until you get home. This usually means that you may or may not know if your dog is actually barking. This is where dog bark collar really comes in handy. This is a great way to provide corrective training when you are away from home.

There are many different types of dog collars out there on the market these days. The two main dog back collars are a static collar, which provides the dog with a vibration that will correct his bad behavior. The other type is a citronella dog bark collar, this is the best one if you are not sure about the whole vibration/shock collar thing. This releases a spray of citronella around the face of your dog. Dogs naturally hate citronella and they will soon learn that when they bark the citronella smell occurs.

The other type is a citronella collar, these are great if you really do not like the idea of using a vibration bark collar. A citronella collar works by spraying a small burst of citronella near the dogs face. Dogs naturally do not like the smell of citronella and it will soon learn that he or she gets sprayed when the incorrect behavior is demonstrated. - 29895
